How does the free trial work?
You get full access to every feature for 14 days, with no credit card required. When the trial ends, add a card to continue for $60/month, or your workspace pauses (your data is kept safe).
How does pricing work as my team grows?
It's $60/month for up to 25 people, with every feature included. Above 25, you pay just $3 per person each month for the additional people. So a team of 30 would be $60 plus 5 times $3, which is $75/month. Use the calculator above to estimate your cost.
Can employees clock in from their phones?
Yes. StaffPilot is mobile-friendly, so staff can view schedules and clock in/out from any device, or you can set up a shared kiosk with PIN sign-in.
Does it export to payroll?
Absolutely. Approved timecards and hours export to CSV in a payroll-ready format, filtered by period and department. Approved expense claims export separately so you can process reimbursements alongside payroll.
Is my company's data secure?
Yes. Every company's data is strictly isolated, access is role-based, and all important actions are recorded in an audit log. Security is built in from the ground up.
Can I cancel anytime?
